Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. In order to provide the best service to all clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 20% charge of the scheduled service price.
• Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will also be charged 20% of the service total.
• This fee will be charged to the card on file or must be paid before booking a future appointment.
